REGISTRATION PERIODE DATES

Registration opens on 15 August 2018.

Registration closes on 15 December 2018.

Rovaniemi66 ENTRY FEE

Bikers, skiers and runners is 115 euro.

Disabled athletes is free. Limited to 2 athletes.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Sorry we do not accept credit cards, only bank transfer.

Step 1:

- Fill the form below with all the information requested.

Step 2:

- Once we receive your forms, we will send you a confirmation e-mail telling that you've passed the selection process and our bank transfer details.

Step 3:

- Send funds drawn on a Finnish bank in Euros (EUR) -money sent by wire transfer must include transfer fees- and your registration procedure is completed.

Now your name is in the main roster.

RACE ENTRY INCLUDES

- 1 merchandising garment (cap, neck warmer, etc).

- In checkpoints: firewood and shelter (except Sinettäjärvi). Water ONLY in Porohovi checkpoint (first and last checkpoint).

REFUSAL OF ENTRY

The race director reserves the right to refuse the entry to any racer.

REFUND POLICIES

In case a participant cancels the registration, the refund will be under the following terms:

- Before 15.12.2018, 75% of the total registration fee will be refund.

- Between 16.01.2018 and 13.01.2019, 50% of the total registration fee will be refund.

- Between 14.01.2019 and 11.02.2019, 25% of the total registration fee will be refund.

- After 11.02.2019, there will be no refund.

- Entries are non-transferable to any other racer.

RACE CANCELLATION

- In case that organization cancel the race before it begins, 100% of the registration fee will be refund to all participants.

- In case the organization cancel the race after it starts, there will be no refund.

The race may canceled after the start in case of severe conditions that make it extremely hazardous and/or impossible. Any other unexpected or circumstances may force the race director to cancel the race.

When registrating, a participant commits him/herself to the following principles: the participant has familiarized him/herself with the race information, is aware of the demanding conditions and risks of participation. Organizers have a liability insurance to cover their own actions but participants need to cover their own insurances. The organizer is prepared for first-aid during the race but does not provide medical coverage for the participant and the participant is responsible for any medical costs he/she incurs as a result of participation. In case of accidents during the race, the participants release the organizers from any liability or responsibility for participants physical condition, for the condition or selection of course route and for the presence or actions of any other participants. Participants verify that they are in sufficient physical condition to accept a rigorous level of physical activity and carry the obligatory equipment with them during the event.
