Polarguide and Logisitics offers some additional services for those who want to participate in the Arctic Circle Winter Races and will travel to Lapland next winter.

RENTING GEAR

Even some people prefer to use a backpack, in Lapland, the best way to carry your gear is by pulka. With a pulka you easy can pull more than 15 kilos which makes a big difference if you have to carry it with a backpack. Pull is more confortable for your shoulders and doesn't affect your back as the backpack do.

Because not everybody have a pulka we offer a couple of possibilities to rent: a home made pulka and a brand pulka.

A good slepping bag, the right one to participate in the Arctic Circle Winter Races, is expensive, so we also offer the possibility to rent it. The company who rents it also have other gear to rent that may be of interest to you.

Lapland is a very touristic place during winter and there any a huge amount of adventure and leisure companies which offers activities in the nature, here you can find two of them.
